OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1. CONTEST ORGANIZER

This contest (hereinafter the "Contest") is organized by Mercedes-Benz de Québec, a part of Groupe Park Avenue (hereinafter the "Organizer").

2. CONTEST DURATION

The Contest begins on March 3, 2025, at 8:00 AM (ET) and ends on April 30, 2025, at 10:00 PM (ET) (hereinafter the "Contest Period").

3. ELIGIBILITY

This Contest is open to residents of Quebec who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation, hold a valid driver’s license, and are able to obtain the legally required automobile insurance.

Employees, representatives, and agents of the Organizer, as well as their immediate family members or any person residing at the same address, are excluded from participation.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

4.1 Participation by Purchase
All customers who purchase a new or used vehicle from Mercedes-Benz de Québec during the Contest Period will be automatically entered into the draw. One entry per vehicle purchase is allowed.

4.2 No-Purchase Entry
Any eligible individual who wishes to participate in the Contest without making a purchase (hereinafter the "Other Participant") may do so by sending an email to info@mercedesbenzdequebec.com during the Contest Period.

This email must include the following information:

- Full name;

- Complete mailing address;

- Date of birth;

- Phone number;

- An original text of at least 100 words explaining why they wish to participate in the Contest.

Upon receipt of a request that meets the above criteria, the Organizer will send a written confirmation via email to the Other Participant and will assign them one (1) valid entry number for the draw. However, the Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any entry that does not comply with the stated conditions.

Only one entry per person is allowed. Incomplete, illegible, or late requests will not be accepted.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive a one-year lease of a Mercedes-Benz G-Class.

The vehicle's model year will be at the dealership's discretion. The winner may indicate their preference between the electric or gasoline model, subject to availability.

The winner will be responsible for any damage to the vehicle not covered by their insurance. Any deductible applicable in the event of a claim will be the winner’s responsibility.

The prize includes a 12-month lease of the vehicle with a maximum of 20,000 km included. Any additional mileage will be at the winner's expense, based on the current leasing rates.

The winner must comply with the standard vehicle leasing conditions, including:

- Holding a valid Quebec driver’s license;

- Obtaining automobile insurance covering the vehicle at all times, for the duration of the lease;

- Covering maintenance costs, fines, and any other expenses incurred during the lease period;

- Returning the vehicle in good condition at the end of the lease term.

The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or extended beyond the original lease period.

6. DRAW AND PRIZE AWARDING

The draw will take place on May 5th, 2025, at 12:00 PM (ET).

The winner will be contacted by phone. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, another draw will be conducted.

The vehicle must be claimed within 14 days of the draw date, failing which a new draw will be conducted. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

- The winner must pick up the vehicle at Mercedes-Benz de Québec and sign a lease agreement with the dealership.

- The Organizer is not responsible for additional costs related to vehicle usage, including fuel, fines, maintenance, or any other associated expenses.

- The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any person attempting to circumvent the rules or providing false information upon registration.

- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time in the event of force majeure or fraud.

- The prize must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions or compensations available.

- By participating, winners agree that their name and image may be used for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.

- The Organizer disclaims any responsibility for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries, as well as for any technical issues affecting the Contest.

8. PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION

Personal information collected for the Contest is used exclusively for Contest administration. By participating, entrants agree to be occasionally contacted by the Organizer for promotional offers, unless they indicate otherwise. Information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

9. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

The Contest is subject to applicable laws and regulations in Quebec. Any decision made by the Organizer is final and binding.
