Purchased a non Mercedes vehicle through this dealership but was still treated like I was in the Mercedes club. The salesman, Simon, was fantastic to deal with and made himself available to my needs without question. I travelled from out of province to get the car, and found the process was efficient and simple, even with the language barrier. They took very good care of a car without their badge on it. I'd be glad to work with this dealership at all times if I didn't live on the other side of the country!
A big thank you to Ms. Novely Drolet and Mr. Jean-Noël Champagne for an impeccable purchasing experience of my new eSprinter. All communications were done remotely since I am from the Montreal area, and Mr. Champagne even offered to deliver the vehicle to a dealership closest to us.
