Coming from Ontario to purchase my vehicle, Simon Rousseau was very thorough and thoughtful with every step of my buying experience. His service was above and beyond my expectations, and made me very comfortable when pursuing the vehicle I wanted. Comfort was very important to me as I was flying from Toronto to Quebec City to pick up my vehicle, with only his words & photos to work from. Our Sprinter Van had a major engine failure while traveling from the US through Quebec. This dealership was incredibly responsive and got us back on the road within a week. Everyone we interacted with was super-helpful (especially our service contact Jean-Luc Gosselin), shuffling their service schedule to accommodate our emergency, driving us to a hotel, arranging a rental car discount and most importantly: consulting & explaining issues encountered during the repair process. Given the typical MB dealer backlog of months for Sprinters, I’m shocked and relieved we managed to salvage our vacation and get our van repaired so quickly.
